Adolescents (12 years onwards)

During adolesence a young person experiences a variety of changes both physically and mentally, and this can be an emotionally turblent time for some. Therapeutic techniques may draw from solution focussed problem solving, Acceptance and Commiment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or parenting training/famliy therapy.
